low cholesterol recipes

Cholesterol is a substance absolutely vital, because it is a constituent of the membrane of cells. It is manufactured by our liver and provided by our diet. Cholesterol plays an important role in the functioning of the nervous system. There are against good and bad cholesterol and most of the people take medication to lower their cholesterol. High cholesterol is also major cardiovascular risk factors.
Dietary under four principles:
Engage in regular physical activity such brisk walking, for 30 minutes every day.
•Limit intake of saturated fat of animal origin for the fatty acids mono-or poly-unsaturated (ie, limit animal products like fatty meat and red meat, dishes in sauces, pastries, and egg yolk and dairy products).
•Increase consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 (in other words, eating fish at least twice a week).
•Increase fiber and micronutrients in fruits, vegetables and grain products (especially whole grains).
•Limit cholesterol food emphasizing foods fortified with plant sterols (ie replace butter with a vegetable margarine enriched with plant sterols, vegetable oils choose and limit other sources of fats like cream).
